support for young(ish) adults

This might be the biggest time of change in your life. Maybe you’re moving out on your own for the first time, navigating a serious relationship, starting your family or career—or maybe you’re on the other side of it, starting over again. Whatever it looks like for you, I’m here for it.

To give you a glimpse into my own young adulthood:

  • 2 post-secondary degrees over 7 years
  • 10 housing moves
  • 1.5 years of backpacking
  • 1 long-term partnership
  • 1 dog
  • 2 pregnancies
  • 1 child
  • …and a whole lot more.

As humans, we’re meant to grow, change, pivot, and try again (and again). But that doesn’t mean it always feels comfortable. Young adulthood is like change on fast-forward, and sometimes, our coping and processing can’t keep up.

My hope is that in working together, we can slow things down, make sense of it all, and find ways for you to fully engage in the life you’re building right now. Let’s connect.
